I’m born in Rome (Italy) in 1959 and after finishing my degree at the Liceo Artistico, I completed University studies with a degree in Modern Literature at the Sapienza University of Romewith a thesis, in “Spectacle”, on the Harlequin (Arlecchino) of Dario Fo.
In the meantime, I have participated in numerous internships and training session for acting techniques and the visual arts (seeking always an equilibrium between the visual arts and the performing arts).
Since 1983 I have been involved in the work of being a designer and fiber arts artist, completing textile installations and scenographic sets, creating wearable objects for fashion shows and collaborating with artists, costume makers from Theater, television and the movies.
Since 1991 until 2005 I have been working my grand father the renowned film actor, Aldo Fabrizi.
Currently I’m living and working between Los Angeles (California) and Porchiano del Monte (Italy)
Sono nata a Roma nel 1959 e dopo il Liceo Artistico ho conseguito una laurea in Lettere Moderne alla Sapienza di Roma in Discipline dello Spettacolo con una tesi sull’Arlecchino di Dario Fo.
Nel frattempo ho frequentato numerosi stages di tecniche attoriali e di arte visiva (cercando sempre un equilibrio tra l’espressione delle arti manuali e quella delle arti sceniche).
Dal 1983 svolgo atttività di design e artista tessile esponendo in numerose mostre di incisione e fiber art, realizzando anche allestimenti e installazioni di textiles, pezzi indossabili per sfilate di moda e collaborando con artisti e costumisti cinematografici, teatrali e televisivi.
Dal 1991 al 2005 mi sono occupata, inoltre, dell’archivio di Aldo Fabrizi, mio nonno materno.
Attualmente vivo e lavoro tra Los Angeles (California) e Porchiano del Monte (Umbria)
